Dick McDougald

In addition to co-founding Red Banks,

Dick was a founding Partner at Pinnacle Rock Associates, a boutique retail consulting firm.  

Dick brings over 30 years of experience in retail management and IT consulting. He has extensive experience in all retail platforms including: merchandising, order management, point of sale and warehousing systems. 


Prior to consulting, Dick was VP of IT at

Discovery Channel Stores and VP of IT in the

CML Retail Group, which provided merchandising, order management, warehousing and distribution services to specialty retailers including The Nature Company, Smith & Hawken, Hear Music and Scientific Revolution.

Mark brings 20+ years of business and IT consulting experience in retail and consumer goods industries with deep expertise in omni-channel strategy, eCommerce, supply chain and fulfillment operations. Prior to

co-founding Red Banks, Mark led consulting services for Fry, Inc., was a consulting director at Pinnacle Rock Associates and

was in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting eCommerce and Supply Chain / Operations practices.  


Mark's industry experience includes roles

as a Product Manager for Indian Motorcycle and at, an eCommerce fulfillment technology and

services company.

John Kinsella is a 30+ year executive and

advisor to high-profile retailers in creating differentiated customer experiences to increase customer loyalty and drive sustainable growth. John combines strategy development with omni-channel retail knowledge and industry best practices to ensure practical, effective solutions that incorporate the organization, processes and enhanced technology.


Most recently, John was Vice President, Customer Experience Design at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he designed and implemented differentiated customer experiences across each omni-channel customer touchpoint to create competitive advantages.  John has also held executive-level positions at Urban Outfitters, Williams-Sonoma, Banana Republic and Smith & Hawken.
